I found writing the review a bit frustrating as there seemed to be a glitch..  I had to go back as I forgot to write a subject. I couldn't go back so had to start again, twice

I was delighted with the service from ordering, speaking to Stephen by phone, receiving a copy of the proposed print on pens, to swift delivery.
Point of info: on the website I found it a little tricky to find the landline number. I needed to call to ensure product would be with us on time so there was a need to call.

Hi. I am delighted with the quality of my pen and would highly reccommend this product as a gift.
