Best customer service, Stephen emailed me copy of the template and made sure I was satisfied with every detail before he proceeded, he is such pleasure to deal with! The recipients love the clock, said it's the most beautiful and unusual clock they've ever seen,they love the slate! And it's so unique and really stands out. After choosing the Slate Clock I rang  and spoke with Stephen. He was extremely helpful, took details  and promised to e-mail a template next day. I made one small change which he had no problem with. He had it ready next day and posted it out to me. It was exactly as I expected. Ordered on Monday and had it on Thursday. Recipients loved it.
