Technical Specs

The quarries where we obtain the flagstone were formed from eroded mountains that were washed down and deposited in ancient seas when Ireland was submerged during the Upper Carboniferous period about three hundred million years ago.

Each sign has its own distinctive pattern and the size and shape is the same as when it was formed - about 300,000,000 million years ago. Standard house signs are produced in rectangular and elliptical shapes and are typically 25 -35 mm thick.

My mother is from Liscannor and I wanted to get a special gift for my brother. I ordered the house sign and it arrived yesterday. It is absolutely gorgeous. It is perfect. The stone is beautiful and the wording perfect. I know this is a gift my brother is going to cherish for years. I was actually surprised as to how substantial and beautiful it is. I was hesitant ordering to be shipped to America - but Stephen Kane reassured me and took the time to personally answer all my questions. It was a pleasure doing business with this company! I heartily recommend them - it is a gift you will cherish for a lifetime!!

I do not review products but felt I had to once I received my sign. I had a detailed specialised set of requirements and found all were exactly as I requested. The sign was of high quality and identical to the brief. Their cost was competitive and precise fast delivery. I also found their customer service excellent and would highly recommend them to a friend etc.
